Please read these terms carefully before using our services

📦 GG Shipping & Courier – Company Policies

🚢 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

GG Shipping & Courier offers air and sea freight services from the USA, China, and Turkey, including:

  • Barrel shipments

  • Consolidated packages

  • Standard and home delivery (based on location)

  • Office or town pickup and delivery options

🛬 Shipping Schedule & Arrival Times:

  • China & Turkey Air Shipments: Shipped once weekly, with estimated arrival in Jamaica within 7–14 days.

  • China & Turkey Sea Shipments: Estimated delivery time of 6–8 weeks.

  • Florida Air Shipments: Shipped 3 times per week.

    • Standard shipments: Delivered in 2–5 days.

    • Express shipments: Delivered in 1–2 days.

  • Turkey Airfreight 5-9 days

    A Important Notes

    • Copy-brand goods: must be pre-approved.

    Freight for copy goods must be paid in advance.

    • Regular goods over 50 KG: freight must also be paid in advance.

Deliveries are fulfilled after full payment is confirmed. We strive to ensure timely shipments; however, delays due to customs or third-party shipping lines may occur and are beyond our control.


💳 PAYMENT POLICY

Customers may pay using the following options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfers to:

    • NCB

    • CIBC

    • Scotiabank (USA & Jamaica)

    • JN Bank

Note:

  • All packages must be paid for before they are released.

  • A processing fee of J$2,000 applies to all packages valued over US$100 for USA Shipments

  • A processing fee of J$2,500 applies to all packages valued over US$100 for China Shipments

  • A handling fee of US$0.70 per package applies to all USA shipments.

📟 CUSTOMS, TARIFFS & DUTIES POLICY

Customers are responsible for paying customs & tariff duties on all packages exceeding US$100 in declared value.

GG Shipping & Courier does not determine duty amounts or handle payments for any customers. Invoice is subject to change pending any clearance issue for packages over the $100.00US allowance. These are assessed by Jamaica Customs Agency.

Duties are determined by Jamaican Customs and typically range from 35% to 50% of the total invoice value. Charges may vary based on the nature and value of goods.

Note: Clients are responsible for all applicable duties and customs fees.


🕒 STORAGE POLICY

Once a customer has been notified that their package is ready:

  • They have 7 business days to collect it.

  • After this period, a storage fee of J$100 per day will be charged.

To avoid fees, we recommend collecting your package as soon as possible.


📦 PACKAGE HANDLING & LIABILITY

We take the utmost care in handling your shipments. However:

  • GG Shipping & Courier is not liable for damages caused by manufacturers, third-party freight carriers, or improper packaging prior to shipment.

  • Customers must inspect packages upon receipt and report any visible damages within 24 hours.

  • GG Shipping & Courier will not open packages on behalf of customers. We believe in confidentiality & that it's the responsibility of the customer.


❌ PROHIBITED ITEMS

We do not ship or store the following:

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Illegal substances

  • Counterfeit items

If any restricted item is found, we reserve the right to confiscate or report it to the relevant authorities.


🔄 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once a package is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If you cancel an order after it arrives at our U.S., China, or Turkey warehouse but before it is shipped, a handling fee may apply.

  • GG Shipping & Courier does not provide discounted shipping or offer payment plans for custom & duty clearance or do we pay on customers behalf.

  • We do not provide refunds


📱 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and shipping information.

  • Notify us of any special handling needs before shipment.

  • Make timely payments and collect packages within the allowed timeframe.
